This Dutch manufacturer and purveyor to the Dutch Royal Household has been producing mattresses and steel beds in Almelo since 1905.  The range was later expanded to include box springs.  All these products are handmade with natural materials to provide the consumer with a pleasant and optimal night's sleep.

With ALEXIA, Kuperus offers a bed of unprecedented luxury and phenomenal comfort.  This bed, completely made with natural materials according to traditonal methods, is equipped with no less than 4 layers of springs.  This bed can be made according to the client's wishes.  The layers of springs are therefore adapted layer by layer according to the wishes of the customer.  By using many layers (40), Kuperus is able to create the most ultimate Alexia bed for every customer.

A Kuperus Alexia bed is made entirely from natural materials and is extremely durable and wear-resistant.  The bed frames are made of wood from the High North.  This wood has a compact structure, can easily be processed and is extremely suitable for the bed frame.

The base of the Alexia has both a Bonnell and a pocket spring layer, covered with horsehair.
