Sometimes it's difficult finding the pillow that suits you best. Each person is different and each person has different sleeping habits. A 'one size fits all' pillow has yet to be invented !

There are people who like thick pillows and there are people who prefer thin ones. And then there are the different sleeping positions: side sleepers, back sleepers and stomach sleepers. 

To determine the perfect pillow, you not only need to take the mattress and sleeping position into account, but also your profile.

One can only speak of a comfortable pillow when it supports well and when it takes the contours of the neck. The M line You pillows meet these conditions. The pillows are available in various heights and widths.

THE PILLOW YOU ORANJE is a pillow for side sleepers with a medium width of shoulders between 48 and 55 cm. The pillow has a soft/medium firmness and is 11 cm thick.

The cover can be removed and washed at 60°C.

But how do you determine which pillow suits you best?

1) Prominent sleeping position: your sleeping position determines which support the pillow should give to your head and neck.

2) Mattress comfort: the firmness of the mattress is important for the height and the pillow's properties of support. If you sleep on a soft mattress, your head will sink more into it than when you sleep on a firm mattress. Therefore, in the first case, you need a thinner pillow for good support.

3) Width of the shoulders: to determine the correct size of the pillow, it is important to measure the width of the shoulders. Stand up while measuring and let your arms hang relaxed next to your body. The width of the shoulders is the distance between the shoulders including the curve of the back. The tape measure may not be pulled tight.

4) Distance between head and wall: in order to determine the correct height of the pillow when lying on your back, it is important to measure how the head fits the spinal column. Stand with your back against the wall with your head in a natural position. Then measure the shortest distance between the back of your head and the wall.
