Refund policy

You have the right to cancel the sales agreement within 14 days after receiving your order. This right of withdrawal does not apply to business customers and custom size goods.

Follow this mandatory procedure when returning:

Request approval for return in writing or by email elke@sleeping comfort-center.be.

After our approval, you can only return your item provided it is in our possession no later than 14 days after the original delivery. Bosmans sleeping comfort-center reserves the right to refuse returned products or to credit only part of the paid amount if the product has been damaged due to the customer's fault (outside the responsibility of Bosmans sleeping comfort-center or the carrier). In these cases, we will notify you (letter or email) that a depreciation will be applied. Upon receipt, the goods will be inspected. The item must be returned to us unsoiled. The costs of returning are borne by the consumer.

If approved, we will process the refund of the paid amount + shipping costs within 14 days. So when returning, also provide your account number (IBAN + BIC)!
This size measure for returns applies exclusively to items purchased online.
