Our cleaning service is a unique service that anyone who likes a clean mattress can order.


There is surface cleaning. This is a special treatment performed by us to clean the mattress cover and can be performed on both sides.

As a second choice, there is the option of having a deep cleaning, i.e. the mattress is completely cleaned. Please note this is a very professional treatment to obtain a completely clean mattress. All customers are amazed by the result after such treatment.

Shipping method & Costs


Larger articles (e.g. mattresses, sleeping systems, beds) are GRATIS delivered in Belgium by our own services.

Deliveries in the Netherlands, France and Luxembourg are FREE from a minimum purchase of €1600*. Up to a distance of 300 km from Heist op den Berg, this is done by our own services, for further destinations this is done according to specific agreements. 

For all purchases below €1600, the delivery cost is on request. For other destinations, contact us


After confirming your order, you will receive all necessary information about this by e-mail.

*Shipping costs do apply for purchases under promotional or action terms (to be discussed) 


Our small items (e.g. bed linen, pillows, maintenance products) are shipped by PostNL or DPD .  

All online orders are GREE delivered in Belgium and the Netherlands.

Delivery address

The delivery address is the address to which your order will be sent and can be specified via the shopping basket. Orders are delivered by DPD or ppost nl courier.  

When placing the order, customers are free to choose the place of delivery:

a work address, the address of close family, friends or neighbours, the address of a shop in your street, where you regularly visit

If your parcel has left then you will receive an e-mail of this so you can track it.

Book a free overnight stay with us in a beautiful bed & breakfast "HULLEBRUG" .

Our collaboration offers you the opportunity to book a night where you can enjoy the best slaapcomfort in a beautiful setting on the Nete in Itegem (Heist op den Berg). We will tell you how everything works in our shop, because before booking, we need to check together which type of mattress will best meet your needs. In the different rooms, we have different sleeping solutions, which obviously do not offer the same type of comfort. That is why we, as sleep specialists, need to clarify the different important issues. 

Enjoy a night out and make use of the most comfortable bed ...... this is unique ....

Please plan your bookings in advance as this formula is used quite frequently. Please note that bookings are never discussed over the phone without a prior visit to our establishment!

Can I return a received product?

You have the right to cancel the sales contract within 14 days of receipt of your order. This clause applies to parcels sent by courier. Excluded from this method are orders for mattresses and/or beds due to production starting after the order. However, the guarantee of exchange within a fixed period (usually 30 days) applied by many brands still applies.

Follow this mandatory procedure when returning:

Na ons akkoord kan u uw artikel pas terugzenden met inachtneming dat het in ons bezit moet zijn maximum 14 dagen na de oorspronkelijke levering.Het artikel moet onbeschadigd en in onbevuilde toestand in de originele verpakking bij ons toekomen. Dus geen tape en/of sticker aanbrengen op de originele goederen of goederenverpakking ! Bosmans Slaapcomfort-center behoudt het recht om geretourneerde producten te weigeren of om slechts een deel van het betaalde bedrag te crediteren als het vermoeden bestaat dat het product reeds geopend en/of gebruikt werd of als het product schade opgelopen heeft door schuld van de klant (buiten verantwoordelijkheid van Bosmans Slaapcomfort-center of de transporteur). In deze situaties brengen wij u op de hoogte (brief of e-mail) dat een waardevermindering toegepast zal worden.Na het toekomen bij ons volgt een controle van de goederen. Het betreffende artikel moet in originele onbeschadigde verpakking en onbevuild terug in ons bezit komen.De kosten van het retourneren zijn ten last

In case of a positive decision, we will carry out the refund within a period of 14 days. So when returning, please also communicate your account number (IBAN + BIC)!
This return measure only applies to items purchased online.

Customised or made-to-order items are not eligible for returns!

Right of withdrawal

The consumer has the right to renounce his purchase within 14 calendar days from the first day following the delivery, without giving a reason and without paying a fine. If, when returning a purchased product, the consumer has gone beyond what is necessary to verify the purchase, the consumer is liable under Art. XI.51 §2 of the Economic Law Code for possible depreciation of the goods and their packaging. The shipping costs are borne by the customer. The right of renunciation does not apply to products made to size by the customer or to a handwritten order form signed by the customer for approval. The right of renunciation does not apply to business customers.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract via an unequivocal statement. You can use the model withdrawal form for this purpose, but you are not obliged to do so.

When returning according to the legal procedure, a refund will be refunded within a period of 14 days after receipt of goods and withdrawal declaration. Please also see our withdrawal form in this customer service-general section.

When exercising the right of withdrawal, the amount will be refunded in full to the customer within a period of 14 days after receipt of the returned item.

 Exceptions to the right of withdrawal :

All goods manufactured to size cannot be returned and this will also be mentioned in the confirmation of your order that you will receive from our services.

Reporting a complaint

At Bosmans Slaapcomfort-center, we always do our utmost to provide excellent and fast service. Unfortunately, that does not mean that nothing can go wrong.

If something did go wrong, we ask you to report it as soon as possible. If your complaint is about an online order, please inform us via elke@slaapcomfort-center.bePlease describe the problem clearly and include your order number.

Of course, you can use the return right within 14 days of receipt and this for normal parcel shipments with courier.

For orders of mattresses and/or beds, this is not possible because production still starts after the order, although the exchange guarantee within a set period (usually 30 days) that many brands apply does still apply.

The fast bed

What is it?

The fast bed is a special service from Bosmans slaapcomfort.

An extensive collection in many sizes and various colours is available to offer you this service. Of course, you can also order all models online and we will call soon to schedule delivery!

If you are in urgent need of a new bed, please call us (+32 15 249028 and ask for Elke) or email us to discuss the possibilities.

A service where the norm is that delivery will be made within 24 hours (on business days)!

How does it work?

You make the choice that best suits you on our website. However, if you do have specific questions about what suits you, you can always contact us via mail or by phone on +32 (0)15 24 90 28 and ask for Elke or Bart.

When you have made the right choice, put it in the shopping basket, here you can quickly and easily complete your purchase. If necessary, state when you would like the bed or mattress to be delivered.

When you confirm the order, you can make payment and you will be called regarding delivery.
